I have little information about this card beyond the fact that it exists. I've been told that it was given away by Sony in Taiwan, although when and for what purpose (or if this is even true) I have no idea.
In game, this card functions exactly the same as a standard Bewitching Elf Archeress card.
The exact value of this card is unknown, but the one time I have seen it, it went for over $50. At the time of writing (Dec 12th 2007), this is probably the rarest Eye of Judgment card going.

Was just going to send you a picture of this one.
Spotted it on eBay, was bidding on it but I gave up on it after it got to around $35.
